Carly Surber Maganuco

Carly Surber Maganuco is a Senior Attorney at Weiner Law. Carly is a State Bar of California Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She is a native San Diegan and graduated from San Diego State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Carly went on to attend and graduate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Carly has extensive experience in asset preservation, general estate planning, special needs trusts, Medi-Cal and public benefits planning, probate and trust administration, and conservatorships. As an elder law attorney, Carly has experience in and a great deal of knowledge about the issues surrounding incapacity and community & healthcare resources for elders, those with disabilities, and their families and caregivers.

Carly serves the community as a Court-Appointed Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego Probate Division. Further, Carly speaks to groups on topics including conservatorships, probate & trust administration, elder and special needs law. Carly is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Probate Attorneys of San Diego (PASD), and the Elder Law and Estate Planning, Trusts & Probate sections of the San Diego County Bar Association.

In her downtime, Carly enjoys golfing, cooking, getting lost in a good book and cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers.
